6:15am & 8:15am Circuit Training (sign-up required by 7pm the night before)

9:15am & 10:15am TRX Suspension Training

10:30am Yoga (all levels welcome)

Tues/Thurs: 5:45pm Circuit Training

Saturday: 9:30am TRX Suspension Training

Traverse City:

MWF: 6am TRX Suspension Training

Tues/Thurs: 6am Cardio Strength training & 5:30pm TRX Suspension Training

Saturday: 8:30am Boxing/Circuit training
