Vinyasa Flow Foundations

Whether you’re new to Vinyasa flow or curious to learn, join Sleeping Bear Bay Club instructor Amanda Jackson for a multi-level exploration of this dynamic style of yoga on Saturday, May 20th 10am-12pm. Discover the benefits of Vinyasa flow and how to safely challenge your strength, flexibility, balance, and focus through synchronized movement.  This workshop is intended to individualize physical alignment on the mat while exploring how it transfers to greater steadiness and ease in everyday life.  Cost $25
